7-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

• Himroo Heritage products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• There are no charges for exchanges – it’s completely on us!

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please call us at 7030225050 to raise your request.

Same-Day Refund & Exchange Process

• Once your return or exchange request is verified by our support team, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 24 hours.
• The pickup will be completed by our courier partner within 1–2 working days.
• As soon as the product is picked up, your refund or exchange will be processed on the same day.

Note: The courier partner may refuse pickup if original tags are missing, or if the item shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged.

Refunds

Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be credited to the bank account you provide when submitting your return request.

Exchange for Another Product

You can exchange your order for a different product.

  • If the new product costs more, simply pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, we’ll issue a gift card for the balance amount.

Refund Not Received?

• You’ll receive an email/SMS update once your refund is processed.
• Bank refunds for prepaid orders typically take 7–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates
• We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee applies based on your location.

Order Processing
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Delivery Timeline
• For most pin codes, delivery takes 3–5 working days.
• In some cases, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days due to courier delays.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package’s journey.
