At Himroo Heritage by Royal Silk Mills, we take great care to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and safely. Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it reaches your doorstep.

We currently ship across India through trusted and reliable courier partners. Once your order is confirmed, it is usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 0–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please use the tracking link provided to stay updated on your parcel’s journey.

In rare cases where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier partner delays, strikes, or regional restrictions, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

We offer free or standard-rate shipping on most products, depending on your order value and delivery location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
