All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept secure online payments through major payment gateways integrated on Shopify. In case of pricing errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order.

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

We take pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at royalsilkmills1972@gmail.com or +91 7030225050. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
